We do not accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in the postal system. Any such issues will have to be taken up with Australia Post.

RETURNS POLICY

No refunds will be given for purchases made if a customer decides to change their mind, so please select carefully. Exchanges will be at the discretion of Karin Boyle Beadcraft and would have to be applied for within 2 days of receiving your order. If your purchase is faulty, email me immediately describing the fault so that we can deal with the problem quickly and efficiently. When returning a purchase it must be in its original packaging and packed carefully to ensure a safe return.

PRICING

All prices are in Australian Dollars. As a small business under the threshold I am not registered for GST, thus no GST is charged to my customers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received before any purchases can be sent to you. If you are using direct deposit be sure to put your business name or surname and the invoice number as reference when internet banking. This is so that we can track your payment quickly.
